Guests will place a completed entry blank in the promotional drum with their name and information prior to Race 3 at Tioga Downs. Two (2) winners will be drawn, one for Race 5, and one for Race 7. Each winner will have 60 seconds to place as many free $2 exacta bets as possible. Wagers will be placed at a mutual window in the following manner: “$2 exact 4/5, $2 exact 4/6…etc.”
