Guests will place a non-winning ticket in a drum following races 2 through 8 at Tioga Downs. A Tioga Downs official will draw one (1) non-winning ticket from the drum following the completion of each race of the contest. One lucky winner will have their luck changed and win a $50 betting voucher.
