Corntastic Weekend Highlights New Episode of "Inside Harness Racing"
Tioga Downs and Vernon Downs are proud to present a brand-new episode of “Inside Harness Racing.” The weekly, 30-minute program airs Wednesdays at 6:00 PM on Time Warner Cable Sports throughout Upstate New York and is also available online at the Tioga Downs YouTube site (www.youtube.com/tiogadowns).
This week’s episode highlights the wildly successful Corntastic Celebration at Tioga Downs and Vernon Downs including video of the 2nd Annual Corn Eating Contest. On the racing side, check out highlights and interviews from the New York State Fair races featuring more than $800,000 in purses.
Jason Settlemoir spotlights Vernon’s rising driving star Jimmy Whittemore while Wendy Ross takes fans on an all-access tour of Allerage Farm. Also, see how Tioga Downs celebrated Back to the Track weekend.
