Tioga Downs Crowns Rockokie Champ
24-year-old Madeline Ryder of Binghamton, NY outlasted the field of 20 singers to be crowned champion of the 2011 edition of the Rockokie Star Contest at Tioga Downs Casino in Nichols, NY. Ryder takes home a first place prize of $3,000 cash.
