Tioga Downs will continue its tradition with its annual bobble head giveaway on Drivers Championship Day which takes place on Sunday, August 28.In 2011, Tioga Downs and its bobblehead sponsor Winbak Farms, will unveil the re-production of the "Bionic Man" Tim Tetrick in coordination with the fifth edition of the Drivers Championship.
"We are honored to re-introduce the Tim Tetrick Bobble Head on Drivers Championship day this year," said Jason Settlemoir, VP of Racing and Simulcast. "Tetrick has participated in all four events and has been a big supporter of what we try to do here at Tioga and Vernon Downs."
The giveaway will begin at 12:00 pm on the trackside apron and Tim Tetrick will be down there as well to sign some bobble heads.
The other eight drivers for the Drivers Championship will also be on hand for a driver meet-and-greet along with photos for an autograph session.
Bobble heads will be given out to the public, one per person, while supplies last.
