Low Takeout Returns to Tioga Downs in 2012
Horseplayers will once again be treated to some of the lowest takeout rates in all of harness racing when Tioga Downs opens its seventh season of live racing tomorrow (Saturday).
For the third year in a row, Tioga Downs will offer low takeout rates of 15% on Win/Place/Show wagers; 17% on Exactas/Daily Doubles; and 21% on all other exotic wagers.
