All Spirit and Jimmy Marohn Jr. made it a repeat performance
in the $16,500 fillies and mares open pace on Friday night at Tioga Downs.
Leaving from post position number three in a field of seven,
Marohn left and tucked in second as the field headed past an opening quarter in
26.3.
The duo then controlled the
field through fractions of 55.3 and 1:23.2 before drawing clear in the stretch
to win her second straight in 1:52.
It was the sixth win in 14 seasonal starts for the
6-year-old daughter of Bettor's Delight – Spirit Of Ivy for Larry Lanpher, and
trainer Judy Lanpher.
Runaway Tray (Fern Paquet Jr.) used a two hole trip to
secure second, while Hello Great Mate (Lewayne Miller) closed late for third.
